Job description:
Manage and oversee the daily operations and compliance to the standard policies and procedures.
Weekly schedule planning
Analyze monthly profit & loss statements to ascertain that all costs are in line.
Establish good rapport with the guests and handle all guests feedback, requests and enquiries promptly.
Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help them to develop to their maximum potential.
Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service
Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team.
